DIFFERENT AREAS OF TEAM-BUILDING

Leadership/Organizational: Working side by side with groups to help establish leadership or to help develop leadership roles further. In addition, we help organize clubs and organizations by helping them find what type of organizational structure works best for them.

This type of team-building may be helpful to an organization that would like to re-build entirely, re-shape their leadership, revamp, or recently had their leadership graduate.

Comfort Zone: Often, people may not be comfortable jumping right into building relationships with strangers. With team-building, we use exercises to open up the group in order to build those vital relationships. Every one of us has leadership qualities; it just takes the right circumstances for them to show. Team-building provides an atmosphere that allows us to identify and exemplify these leadership and team-player qualities.

Possibly for newly established clubs/organizations who would like to break the “ice” and create bonds and a level of comfort among members. Also great for clubs with new members

Communicational: Using exercises and workshops, this provides key insights to help open up your organization’s lines of communication and establish healthy practices that create a positive and constructive environment. As humans, communication is one of our most basic functions, but can also be our most challenging.

Appropriate for groups who may need some direction opening-up verbally and developing basic communication skills.
